Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Motor Industry Public Affairs Association Limited, of the annual general meeting on Friday 27 March 2009.

This meeting is held for the purposes of receiving the Finance Director’s report for the preceding calendar year and transacting any other business as may be brought before it.

The meeting will take place at Nissan Design Centre, Rotunda, 181 Harrow Road, London, W2 6NB.

All members (full and associate) are invited to attend from 10.00am with AGM business commencing at 10.30am.

In accordance with Article 74, this notice is published on the company website, www.mipaa.com. It has also been sent by electronic mail to members at the address as notified to the General Secretary as at today’s date (27.02.09). It is also sent by post (with postage paid) to those members who have not notified an email address.

The general nature of business at the AGM comprises consideration of the accounts, balance sheets, and the reports of the Directors, followed by an annual discussion.

All members are invited to attend and to advise the General Secretary of their intention to attend (or apologies) by completing the online booking form, by email: hyaxley@supanet.com , telephone/fax (01722 711295) or post to the registered company address.

Following the meeting and annual discussion, attendees there will be an opportunity for a self-funded lunch/drink afterwards in: The Union (5min walk) on Sheldon Square
